May 2018 Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Referral Program (the “Program”) is provided by blooom, inc. (“blooom” or “we” or “us”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you refer an individual to blooom on or after May 19th, you may be eligible to receive a $50 gift card. Partners, officers, directors and employees of blooom are not eligible for the Program.

For you to be eligible under the Program, the individual you refer must sign up for blooom’s managed account service for his or her qualified employer-sponsored retirement plan by 11:59 pm Central on June 1, 2018, by using the promotion code and URL link provided to you through the Program. You will not be eligible under the Program for any individuals signing up for blooom’s managed account service who do not use the promotion code and URL link provided through the Program.   Once you reach a total of $550 in referral payments in any calendar year, you are no longer eligible for the Program.    While you will not be eligible under the Program for additional referrals, we welcome new clients if you want to tell your friends and co-workers about us.

If you are eligible to receive a $50 gift card, you will be required to complete and return to blooom the Referral Arrangement Agreement (“RAA”) by June 12, 2018.  The RAA will be delivered to the email address associated with your blooom account no later than June 4, 2018. Failure to properly complete and return the RAA by the designated deadline will result in your disqualification from the Program.

If eligible, gift card(s) will be delivered to you no later than July 1, 2018.

If you receive a gift card(s), you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it, if any.  Please consult with a tax advisor for additional information. Blooom does not provide tax advice.

This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable.

By participating in the Program, you release blooom and its agents from all liability with respect to the Program.

For anyone participating in the Program that attempts to game the system, we will have to part ways and reserve the right to disqualify you from the Program. “Gaming the system” includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts and/or signing up the same employer-sponsored retirement account or other online account.

No purchase, payment or other consideration is necessary to participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law, or where registration or other requirements would apply but have not been met, or where the methods of participation in the Program would be consideration. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

The Program terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.  Blooom reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason without notice.
